Depends on the employer… some start after 6 months and some after 1 year.. labor and 140 ravadaniki 2 yrs pattochhu.. then H4 EAD ki 6 months to 1 year pattochhu.. GC meeda hopes pettukoku.. that is a decade or more  long journey.. 

again, these are assumptions.. USCIS is very unpredictable with these timelines..
