Kannada TV actress Chethana Raj , known for daily soaps like ‘Geetha’ and ‘Doresani’, has reportedly passed away after undergoing a plastic surgery at a private hospital in Bengaluru. She recently underwent a ‘fat free’ surgery and reportedly faced slight changes in her health a while later as water started accumulating in her lungs. As per latest reports, Chethana's parents are currently claiming that it was the doctor's negligence that led to her death.
