Chala mandi 5-ARM thesukunnaru. 2-3 jobs chese vallu assalu 100-200K ekkuva ante kuda AT*h care antunnaru.
Mellaga back to office compulsory chestaru appudu e 2-3 jobs kudaravu. appudu house payment ante kaaruddi. 
Supply chain kuda elane vundadu ga. Inflation will also come down a little. 
By Next year july 30-40% padutundi HOusing market. Everything is ripple effect. Housing ripple is Last. 
Already WMT and target stock padindi it means spending is already down.

Bank esttimate is only 650k but people are buying that house for 900k. On top of that baks are giving only 80%of 650K .
