I bought a house for 320 and sold for 550

now looking to buy a house in the 400s

Our salary higher than 500 so it doesn’t really impact us if we bought the house and the prices go down as we will live in that house for 3 years and rent it out later when we move. And the market should stabilize by then

there are lot of people with similar income who are waiting for opportunity to buy

Is your job remote —

520 sold so i didnot understand how can you expect to buy at 400 unless you are remote and no restrictions like school desi community —-

na gar na gatka undi chala mandi situations.  rents are increased 30-40% from past 2yrs

They can’t increase that much nooo. I think they can’t increase more than 5% per year. Don’t vacate if possible. Until all the dust settles down.

States like Texas and NJ are gone case though. They have no option but to increase since property taxes increases with rental home appreciation.
