US lo milk one of the main culprit antaru...early puberty and body hair kuda ekkuva. So alway go for Organic or A2 milk.

Also I read somewhere, Jasmine smell unna products like room freshers, detergents, body lotions etc avoid cheyyali anta. Jasmine can trigger some hormones which can lead to early puberty.
