I never asked her how much salaries are 

but looks like she is growing in the company

Are you going to target Consulting or Fulltime? If consulting what is hourly rates in the US? Heard lot of our folks gudiparu rates anni...curious to know what is market rates are now for experienced people? Been working as Data Scientist in India for 5+ years.

it takes atleast 1 year to learn 

calculus statistics numpy pandas tavvutunna koddhi inkaa untundi..

even if you learnt everything job shift is not that easy.. might be easier if there is a referral..otherwise chala kastam

if u can solidly put 4 hrs per day for atleast 6 months consistently.. then only think about it.. otherwise lite
