This investigation is due to some political intervention 

Did supreme court investigate into hundreds of encounters in UP since last 5 years ? 

Did the same SC investigate Andhra police killing 20 tamilians in cold blood after failing to convict even a dozen smugglers in last 8 years ?

It happens in all indian govt departments  , these people cannot even perform basic tasks right 

A govt officer doing mistakes , cutting corners and being lazy is the norm not the exception

Yeah, I saw that video of kalanidhi where he explains the mistakes of police when filing a case. 
 

Entry level staff, usually 10th pass with minimum training…and sincere ga pani cheyaru partly because of the system and always understaffed…
