Bay area housing market

It is Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities where the impact is seen lil bit currently... in my area, housing prices started to drop and it is Tier 2.. these Tier 1 will have impact only if recession starts impacting white collar jobs

Along with that the crazy thing is most tech companies on hiring freeze if not 100% hiring freeze only hire based on strong approvals

Some of over valued companies paid employees and hired a lot chepalemy next 6 months will be crazy

i am seeing lot of price cuts in dublin/pleasonton area. 2-3 months back 1week lo pending vellevi. Ippudu sagam homes 20+ days nunchi open unnayi.

 

5-6 homes listing thisesi koncham price thagginchi malli list chesaru. Unfortunately redfin is not tracking this use case buy zillow is.

This is open for 40 days. Telisina athanu 2.8 ki daggarlo 3 months back illu thisukunnadu. Almost same home. Ee house 2.7 ki list chesi 2.6 ki thagginchi ippudu 2.45

 

i am not saying we will see big crash but atleast we wont see lot of upside

Builders are giving incentives… slowly Austin market will also change .. still inventory is less in Austin … just matter of time when Austin market will correct

Stocks dump will be felt in couple of  months. Appauddu inventory koda periggudhi. Stocks will comeback anne hope saachipovvaalli apuddu untadii. Q2, q3 qtr results fasak aithe..stocks will dump more.

Miru oka post esaru roughly 3 minths back anni g musukoni kurchondi next 6 months ani seeing the reality now ovadu chusina hiring freeze talked to friends at Salesforce same story , meta telisindi e kada appro Ed reqs went to hold, apple lo unayi but need lot of approvals anta , startup marker aithe mashi aipouondi , paypal also gone no hiring in fact lot of layoff gloom, bayam estundi bayya I need to find a job in next 4 months prastunataniki I need to.kill time for 180 days for my eb2 upgrade filing so waiting need yiur help.to get references chadvadaniko Try chstuna but inka full force lo cheyali market changed a lot in last 45 days
