If you are comfortable with mortgage and monthly maintenances then why not… market up and down always vuntadi… no one can time it… if you are in need of home and budget is okay then you are good..

New home prices won’t go down.. at best, the builders will offer you some upgrades for free… if you are ok with buying an old home, this could be the time as there will be lot of homes that will be in the market this summer..
