Can Muslim Male Go For Second Marriage When First Wife Filed Section 498A Case?

The Nikah was done on 7 April 2019. My wife left the house in June 2019 and filed a section 498a case. She is pregnant and wants an abortion but I refused and therefore, she filed a 498a case to satisfy her ego. Can I proceed for second marriage?
