No one are expecting bumper harvest this year and it was based on weather pattern, mari Nuv anukuntunna weather prediction gurinchi no idea..

Do you really think an average 2 acre farmers looks at weather report and does farming ? Like, do you really think it happens ? Weather reports are every where…TV, news, online and literally everywhere but Oka marginal 2 acre farmer weather report chusi vyavasayam chestunada ?

This is what it happens when you loose contact with reality. Weather prediction and accuracy, over a period of three-four months…Nijangane reality Lo vuntunava ?

😂 so neeku ground reality kuda teliyadu

Very soon, there will be severe food shortages… Ukraine and Russia are no longer exporting the fertilizers and wheat.. farmers throughout are cutting down on the farming and will reduce the yield in the next year.. I think govt is looking up to pile up the reserves and making sure that food prices don’t go up in the country… petrol prices valla, inflation valla avi already perigipoyayi… shortages kuda vasthe, chala kastam vaa

If the gov wants to ban export.. it should first double the price given to farmer.. win-win .. u cant let farmers loose price for their crop..

Rice export chestune vunnaru…Infact last two years la highest rice export in the recent times.

Sugarcane/Sugar is a commercial crop, limited quantities ae thappa ekuvaga export cheyodhu…endukante its an annual crop..yearly three times radu like rice..and as it is highly water intensive, buffer stocks export chesi, next crop fail avuthe replace cheyadam kastam…

Where as wheat and rice, very easy to replenish the stocks..

If the end consumer is willing to pay double the price, then yes why not..

Thanks to pandemic and Ukraine-Russia war, most countries are stockpiling the grains and essentials. Malaysia and Indonesia have banned palm oil exports, fertiliser raw materials export chestaleru, naphtha fuel is not freely available, wheat aithe chepalsina avasaram ledu…

Every Govt is stockpiling and this is creating further trouble as well as an oppurtunity.

Agree.. there is already a cooking oil shortage in India now… inflation is too high and is causing all the commodity prices to go up… actual farm yield shortages will be known by the end of the year as farmers will cut down on the produce as they cannot pay for high cost fertilizer anymore…
