Guys... employer NQDCP option ichadu through Fidelity.

Base Pay upto 50% or Annual Incentive Program upto 75% enroll avvochu annadu. If I enroll 50% and 75% respectively, do they take 50% off of my monthly pay and 75% of bonus? Can I withdraw when I need from this account?

I think it’s called mega roth or backdoor roth.annual limit abot 50k anukunta.nuvu kavalantey tiyochu as its after tax
