Many European countries have same policy... 

Rapes and sex crimes reduced , overall and much better solution. 

In India, where sex outside marriage is a taboo, you need an outlet for sex desires...

Good point ... Some kind of acknowledgement  must be made mandatory to proceed... If not, rapist can deposit money in women's account and claim it's consensual.
