No individual needs automated and semi-automated weapons.

Also, no person with past criminal history and mental disorders should be eligible to buy guns of any sort.

Minimum age should be 21 or higher.

Also, there should be a limit about how much ammo a person can buy in an annual year. There should be some annual cap.

If unauthorized person uses your licensed gun, then you should be made liable for it. Thus, guns will be safeguarded well by the eligible owners.

How do you enforce past criminals not having guns ??

Background verification through third parties. They have to place order online and provide details. Only if the verification goes through, they can go to store and pick guns.

Good point but this will only stop buying guns legitimately, but there are lot untraceable guns .more legislation is always bad

NRA is too powerful. Nothing will happen on that gun legislation issue. We already established that in this db.

How do you propose changing rules ??

All the above rules you mentioned must come from legislation .

Yeah house of reps and senate can do it. May be an executive order might not work since this whole gun issue is originated from 2nd amendment. In conclusion nothing good will happen for another 3 decades atleast

Mana h1 visa petitions pettinattu guns and ammo ki kooda petition process teesukuraavaali.

All documents required with background check and hefty fee tho 1 year validity ivvali. RFEs and denials are common and approvals are rare.

other than background checks, more regulation is useless, what kind of weapons needed to defend one self depends on the location you live

dems love regulations and none of them ever work, these are just for posturing during elections

It's not the guns, problem with the fcked minds of some fckedup ppl.

Gun is just a weapon, it wont work by itself unless used by a sick fck to bring misery to innocent families around him.
