Future lo China or Pak tho edaina conflict vasthe we need support from other countries. I think aa conflict inko 10 years lo definite ga vasthundi. India needs more stability to continue development.

I am not a supporter of Congress.. but if you look at various factors, India had a great decade when manmohan was ruling.. if you compare the gdp, growth rate, and other indices, India did way better.. it has been all down hill since modi took over… infrastructure (only roads) is the only sector India is doing well now..

Congis are too stupid and dumb to not realize this and they tried to attribute this to the Gandhi family..

Modi performed poorly in health, nutrition, and literacy sectors, while he performed good in basic amenities like access to clean drinking water, sanitation, electricity, cooking fuel, etc. Aa Nirmala Seetaraman ni chusthene naaku chirakesthundi. Konni sectors lo Modi inka care teesukovali, but overall ga desham lo stability vachindi.

Shift has already started. But, like you said, meaningful shift would take at least two decades. I am not hopeful about present gen young adults in India and US. They don't have enough depth in knowledge nor yearn to work. 

Since communism (well this is a democracy too) failed as in Russia, and capitalistic democracy  failing in west and eroding in other countries, may be hybrid system like China (capitalistic communism) is the way? Or will there some new kind of system that I couldn't fathom?

These are not big issues. We like some we hate some leaders.. don't know what makes you think modi is so bad but definitely there are people in other camp as well.

Some people were just fine even during colonial era. Eg. Moksha Gundam
