He deserves some credit - he played main role in moving Telugu film industry out of Chennai,

got an identity for Telugu people amoung north people and politicians,

telangana people Patel and patwari system nunchi vimukthi chesadu,

poor people ki 2 rupees ki kilo rice , 

bcs ni politics lo key roles lo win ayyela and key positions lo work chese opportunities ichadu, 

1990s Telugu states lo street ki oka rowdy vundevadu like shown in movies they used to collect money from the local stores and sellers in market etc etc but he cut tails of such chillara rowdies, 

CM ga chesina he never encouraged or entertained any of his family members in any sort of posts or contracts etc, he kept everyone away from scope of corruption, 

mainly he deserves credit because he stood against central govt saying Telugu CMs are not someone who always bend and agree to what ever gandhi family says
