They are catching up at least the current generation.... so many are learning the programming and coming into IT because IT jobs lo not many care about degrees. Naa office lo ne.... help desk nundi and some other non computer work chestu melliga started programming and now they are full stack developers. They learn quickly though.

I do understand your point bro but the percentage of these people is very very less compared to assholes working at MCD...too much attitude okkokallaki...
