leather seats 

Fine interiors 

heated front seats 

19 inch alloy wheels etc. 

 

one main difference is no panoramic roof in Honda CR-V touring 

 

anything I m missing ?

Upscale interiors, better paint job, better styling... Some niche and advanced features start in Acura first and may not be available in Honda

High end Honda model and low end Acura are comparable in some aspects

CRV 2023 redesign aytundi.... wait cheyyu in case you want to buy that.  Differences ante premium materials, drive experience, road noise etc. Nuvvu cheppina wheels , blind spot etc  almost anni normal cars lo untunnay.
