Are you waiting for H1B approval from uscis or visa from embassy… AAO appeals are applicable only to uscis decision not visa related issues

thanks all for the info...it will be 180 days by july 1st...i will call them instead of sending followup mail from now on...if not then will file lawsuit in july if no response before that
