H4 EAD vs H1B

Wife ki H1B pick aindi desi consultancy nunchi. Naku already i-140 approved. 

What to do? H1B process cheinchala lekunte H4 EAD apply cheyala?

both has its own Pro's and con's bro. but I feel both on H1b is more secure incase one loses job. but we have to maintin and do the donkey work for all the years. H4 EAD is flexible, if you want you will work, if you need a break, you are welcome
