em phekutunnaru ra ayya anukunna kani, matter is there, 200k base + 140/yr stock almost ochindi naku offer, final round lo dobbettanu, recently got another similar offer but 165k base, kani FT remote in MI.

picchi naa K..interviewing ki kotta anukunta..top companies lo 2 employees working on same level can have 100-150K in TC difference...vallaki vaste neeku vacchinattu kaadu...nee performance batti they judge level first and then give out offers..also depends on how many counter offers you have...
