Intermittent fasting I used to do but ippudu kudaratledu baaga junk food ekkuvayindi.

Need to get back to training and fasting mode again

Fasting lo chaala types unnayi, absolute fasting, water fasting, intermittent fasting, liquid detox, skipping one meal, etc.

If you want to lose weight, then do fasting for 2 consecutive days with liquid diets. The food tastes better on the 3rd day. You shouldn't overdo it as it may result in health issues. Nelalo 2 times fasting chesthe saripotundi.

6 fasting on water ... one day fasting ki OK... second day fasting my anxiety levels effected like shivering hands until I consume some food, craving to eat more during this period....

no need to do fasting, if this for weight loss, 

gradually change the food habits like make your rice healthier what you eat...  thats it....

Every bay do yoga like consume the oxygen more more, which will help to decrease your weight.... burn the fat asapppp

If you are going exercise, combination of keto with intermittent fasting helps for weight loss.

I  currentlyy don' eat anyhing from 6 pm - 7:30 am

does this count as fasting?
