It is high time there is a central independent agency that does all the hiring. This agency should not have any connection with company management or its people. In a way, we are asking for an IAS / IIT-JEE style hiring with a proper allotment procedure. You need this to see hard work paying off. Otherwise, you will continue to see stupids sitting in companies and intelligent people doing filthy jobs.
