Daily workout, healthy food habits, no smoking/alchohol, no stress...inni chesina bp still over 120/80. Of course crazy high ledu le kani....but asalu normal vundali. age under 35.

Drink Chamomile Tea before bed, Stop all blue light exposure at least an hour before.

It takes time and effort, but we need it.

anni chesesa bro...chamomile tea, melatonin, magnesium, workout, stop using mobile few hours before bed, taking hot shower, 4-7-8 breathing technique. em chesina last few months nunchi not working.

maa Doc last visit la septhaande....kontha mandhi anni thini emi seyyakapoyina healthy untaru...

inkontha mandhi anni restrictions follow ayyyi...work out sesina BP and diabetes lanti life style issues vasthayi..

its all in your genes ani

For me bed and pillow is the most important... In those pillow  weighs more... 

As I said .. if your pillow is correct ... You get very good sleep... 

 

I can sleep in my bed... Happily if I fell on bed... And don't stop the sleep when you really get it... Wake up only when you get enough sleep or somebody kicks your ass ...

What's your sleep patterns...you fall asleep late and then enjoy sound sleep?

Or your fall asleep late and even don't have atleast 5 hours of sleep..

Take ashwagandha, stress relief and good sleep, available in costco or any pharmacy stores

Asalu sleep ee ravatledu. Luckily my energy levels don’t drop too much even if I don’t get sleep. Mari 2-3 days padukokapotey ika tablet vestha to sleep because I feel jittery. 
 

I try to go to bed before 11pm.
