Your extension petition has i94 validity kada why worry? Many people don’t go for stamping after extension and i94 on 797 can be used after online one expires. Just read the replies from cbp you posted and they are right, just because online i94 expired doesn’t mean you are out of status. I94 on 797 is equally valid. I used it for dl extension as well. Me and my wife both stayed after online one expired as we had extension petition approved. Later when we visited india we got stamping without any problems.

If u have not travelled no issues bro . Once u travel out your i94 on i797 gets invalid and what cbp gives would be latest one .

Didn’t get you, when did you travel outside? In that case you should have visa stamped with new date kada?

Same answer online di chusi worry avvaku.. you already applied extension and received new i94 on 797 starting from new date. I am surprised me attorneys e logic ela miss ayyaru. But me attorneys cheppindi cheyadame best

Yeah bro , this is bit of grey area la undi , cbp version lo i have a new i94 starting in july and they say that is the latest as per last action rule . My attorney version lo cbp vaaladi last action kabatti he wants to file new extension so that new i94 number be carried over again .

Elago i got funding from my director for premium processing as well . Instead of having thinking about this always back in my mind , i want to go ahead with what my attorney suggestd. I have 45 days left so dont want to delay it

maa attorney cancun fly chesi 2 days undi return ka ani advice echadu . it would cost another 1k from my pocket and chances of extending is unpredictable.

Aaala neeku kotha 797 ela vachindi through extension or amendment. Ila future date ki first time chustunna new 797. I am sure it’s not common.
