Despite of any uncontrollable financial circumstance:

Have emergency funds - never disturb unless really urgent 

Follow the news but don't be scared, be mentally strong - silver lining is you are still alive 

Lead a lean life - cut down on comforts/luxuries ... spend on just essentials 

Don't disturb 401k unless there is a driver to do so 

it is okay to live pay check to pay check until normalcy 

Keep an eye on job market 

enhance skills that you are interested and could be a potential career 

Remember there is always an opportunity in crisis - invest in markets that you believe, like a thanks giving for stocks or gold or real estate or cryptos or NFTs or what ever you believe in and do not ALL IN 

Be optimistic and have some fun

Do not take too much into your self and disturb your happiness, peace , family life and work 

Do not fall for baseless speculations, rumors, mis guidance

Have fun while having basic economic discipline 

Fear to a certain extent is healthy but not too much
