only TG has coal reserves?

they have started working on increasing their power capacity and have doubled it since 2014. the below image shows data only until 2020. the works of yadaadri thermal plant are on-going which will add 4k MW to the current capacity. there are also few other minor projects going on which will triple the installed power capacity by 2024 since the bifurcation.

Hyd lo power cut lekapothey state motham ledhu ani anukuntunnava? Migilina southern states lo power holidays endhukantey their priorities are different jagan anna doesn’t want to buy power at higher price . Yes I am living in Hyderabad now and paying 8.5 per unit highest in India as far as I know . TG owes 8000 crores to ntpc even though it has own coal mines only god knows how much it owes singareni.

there is a coal shortage due to export ban by Indonesia and other countries, those states which have good supply of coal are able to sustain

State motham kooda levu power cuts for domestic and industrial needs, other than maintenance work. irrigation ki monna peak summer la raathri poota theesseinru for couple of hours. migilina states ki citizen's basic needs kante vere priorities untay but when a state is performing better in few sectors media management ani cover cheyyali. sour grapes. 

what's wrong in buying power even at higher price to cater their citizen needs?
