Inheritance tax is fine as anyway the house price will go up after some 20-30 years and our kids should not worry too much about that 10% Inheritance tax, in my opinion.

Actually if its ur primary residence and u lived there 2 out of last 5 years, then there is no tax upto 500k.

Why do you worry about inheritance tax. Both wife and husband will be on the title. Idharu pothe that’s different issue
