I am in the middle of a claim with these guys. My water heater broke 7 days ago. They took 5 days to find technician after calling 50 times. Technician provided quote and now they are still reviewing it. I am calling continuously for days to get it approved. Every time I get same answer. When I request for a manager they say he will call me in 24 hours. Worst service. Stay away.
