good idea in what sense … 4 years tarwatha inter, 10th class certificate tho vallu em cheyali? Atm mundhu secutity gaurd job aa ? 
You will get preference in various jobs ani oral ga chepthunnaru but why cant they put it on a bill and make sure they get recogntion in police or paramilitary force recruitment.

People who work in the armed forces have a very different work ethic and thinking.. you tend to be less selfish and think more about the society.. I have few relatives who worked in the Army.. they got settled in bank jobs, central govt jobs, security jobs (CRPF, police etc, not atm security jobs).. they get reservations in all govt jobs.. 

we in the Telugu states don’t understand that and think that everyone should become a doctor or engineer… we don’t even consider defense forces for work.. many people in Kerala, Karnataka and many north states look for Army jobs at a very young age.. and they do it for generations.. 

If you worked with any israeli teams, you will understand… they have a very different perspective on many things..

దేశ రక్షణ లో కాంట్రాక్ట్ బేసిస్ రిక్రూట్మెంట్ లాగా ఉంది. 
దేశానికి మేలు చేసేది ఎంత మాత్రం కాదు.
మరొక విషయం ఏమిటంటే రిక్రూట్మెంట్ సెలక్షన్ ప్రాసెస్ లో ఉన్నవాళ్ళని పక్కన బెట్టి కొత్త స్కీం అనౌన్స్ చేసి రక్షణ వ్యవహారంలో కాంట్రాక్ట్ సిస్టం నిర్మిద్దాం అనుకోవడం మూర్ఖత్వం.

అలాగే 4 సంవత్సరాల తర్వాత 75% రిక్రూట్మెంట్ ను వదిలించుకోవడం ఏ మాత్రం ఒప్పుకోలేనిది.
బోర్డర్ లో ఉద్యోగాలు చేసి 3 1/2 సంవత్సరాల తర్వాత (6 నెలలు ట్రైనింగ్ మినహాయించి) యువత ఇప్పుడున్న కంపెటేషన్ ఎదుర్కొనగలరా...
