how does 485j helps here bro? when you 140 is in eb3 and date is current in eb2.. 

correct me if I'm wrong, still trying to learn all these 

485j is  only for

1) new 485

2) porting to new employer  

3) Some kind of RFE on 485 application 

right?

Now a days if you applied for downgrade in eb3 to upgrade to eb2 we need to file 485j

There are chances before October… as long as you file 485, you are guaranteed an EAD

vuncle i changed employer after getting EAD and used ead in eb3 and now my date is current in eb2.

 

can i interfile with new job offer?

Nit sure with new employer but old employer definitely can check with attorney on new employer
