Why no debate discussion before agneepath? why always so secretive?

Agneepath scheme which is about chaging recruitment in to army was sprung as a surprise on people of india by RSS regime.

This is recurring behaviour of govt - whether farm laws or demonitization - all done in secrecy , bypassing parliament and suddenly put on people. Why?

to understand why you need to understand RSS.  RSS  and also chamchas like narsi @Raven_Rayes stands for brahminization or a system where a tiny minority of people (brahmins and some additional castes) live comfortably by exploiting others. Such a system is always insecure because they dont have the brute strength to run it - what they have is a confusing religious and social system to prevent people from rebelling.

In such a system secrecy  and lies are key because they are always insecure and truth and masses are feared because system relies on cheating them.

So chanakya neethi and guptha discussions, hiding behind this or that.

@JackSeal this behaviour was there with congress too where a small cabal of kashmiri brahmins ruled them. Suddenly dismissing state governments, putting in emergencies gatra.
