This is the time you look at their ER statements from previous 2/3 quarters . Then decide to hold or sell. Look at components Cash available, revenues, earnings, expenses..  going bankrupt is US is easy and most sought after method by 90% of corporations here. They just bankrupt and reopen… cycle continues.

Talking mostly about the tech with high p/e s like roku , Netflix,  tdoc , zoom,  pton , coinbase, block. Paypal  . Basically arkk stuff..
