Land investments are fine as you pay mostly cash and land investments are for really long term.. unless you bought it to flip and sell..  you don’t expect any income on lands

Land ki 80% loan ivvadu bank… that is more like 50% loan, which should be okay with the apr’s at that time.. andaru small investors who formed groups and bought big chunks of land in the outskirts and far away.. whoever is managing or promoting these ventures made a hell lot of money.. I know a guy who made $3M in a year promoting these kind of ventures… they got sold like hotcakes.. I didn’t join though but  I was shocked when he told this to me..
