Netflix is known for firing employees.. linkedin lo velli ex employees profiles choodu. Andaru max 2 yrs. 
netflix lo u have to keep proving urself. Ur past performance in the company is not considered. I mean u could be a rockstar in the team for 5 years but one bad quarter will kick u out

not just severance package.. they provide support beyond until you find a new job.. its feedback internally is also weird.. people morale is typically low..

People are being notified. The email said that more layoffs are coming in the near future. The 4 month severance was taken out of the culture deck at a convenient time like this. The culture went to 💩 over the last couple of months anyway. They introduced levels and pay bands to do cost cutting. I was hanging around due to cash. Bad decision. Should’ve jumped ship before all the good companies went on a hiring freeze. I lost so much money due to stock options. One bad news after another this year.
