Just for example cheptuna telisina atanu booked this home for 15k emt 6 months back , upgrades ki escaped because it was kiper , he dropped out got scared of market wfo etc etc  builder is trying to sell from 3months he had to list in MLS open houses porha ledu,  the same community had 4 months waiting list again its just example he dropped 20 k brand new with upgrades
