anyone know good places for land investment, Mumbai highway, zaheerabad,narayankhed, vikarabad, or any places unte cheppandi, depending on the location and price looking for 1-2 Acres, Thank You

Surrounding places all are over hyped ..

Sit with cash .. wait for 2023 mid or end definitely you will get better price compare with today

lol only gachibowli surrounding areas lo ne almost 2k apartments khaali ga padi unnay , without any buyers , builder gaallu inka hype isthaane unnaru , recession is pakka coming.

especially next elections ki these politicians and their binamis are going to start selling the lands to use it for elections , GO111 hype kuda for the same reason

Construction, apartments is different case where buyer is mandatory, land generally andharu hold chestharu for years and doesn't sell for low price/loss unless emergency or money borrowed on interest.

West side is too pricey and returns in the long run are minimal .... go towards east ( Keesara, Bhongir) or south (Vijayawada highway, ibrahimpatnam etc) where prices are not  peak but still it will cost you ~1-2cr per acre based on where it is located from road and how far is it from outer ringroad.
