Land prices aithe manchiga hype chesi penchi pettaru. Vikarabad , pargi side mai road meeda 5 to 8 cr anta , lopala aithe 1 to 2 cr undi. Enduku raa ee rates ante oka 10 years tarvata Hyderabad will expand till here , so this is future gachibowli antunnaru.

Construction, apartments is different case where buyer is mandatory, land generally andharu hold chestharu for years and doesn't sell for low price/loss unless emergency or money borrowed on interest.

West side is too pricey and returns in the long run are minimal .... go towards east ( Keesara, Bhongir) or south (Vijayawada highway, ibrahimpatnam etc) where prices are not  peak but still it will cost you ~1-2cr per acre based on where it is located from road and how far is it from outer ringroad.

what is situation in Guntur side.. land prices taggaleda 

So when recession hits .. its not going to same .. at that time he can purchse..

kaka, Mokila lo 50k per yard, Shankarpally 40K per yard, shadnagar 25 to 50k per yard.

So Mokila lo 250 yards plot badhulu, mominpet, vikarabad, parigi, tandur side outskirt villages lo 1 acre osthadi ani kontunnaru.

I'm also thinking same, looking out options, more land less price village outskirts OR less land, small investment me and my cousin together 40-50lak anukuntunnam

do you have any relatives to frequently look over the land in hyd and has atleast minimum real estate knowledge? if not koncham kastamemo bro how do you plan buying there ?

chaana percent motham blaackk money ne kada how do you transfer money and to whom? have u considered tax implications? also when you sell off for profit, mostly they will give cash. exciting to hear any new info from you share knowledge benefits all db members

ORR bayata maatram andaru resale ki kontunnaru.... last ki evari deggara end avutado vaadiki topi paddate.

besides IT there is not much in hyderabad to have another gachibowli or hitec city. 

west side tappa... south/east/north lo rates are still reasonable because there is less scope.

Go South and closer to the Airport.

Development cannot keep going on away from the Airport.

near zaheerabad 15km inside from mumbai highway,  1 acre 45-50lak chepthunnaru, but land is surrounded by mahindra solar plant its huge , please share pros and cons of having a solar plant close by, thank you.
