kaka, followup with the surveyor, Mandal office lo assistants untaru, vallani patkoni surveyor appointment try cheyali, start with 10, 15k. Office boy gaadu chuskuntadu. 

Survey date fix cheyinchuvale, date ku mundu 1 week before mana polam adjacent owners ki  notices iyyale, that will be taken care by office boy. If they come thats fine, if not notice serving proof is enough. Then survey roju Surveyor, idhar chain-man helper boys tho osthadu, motham adjacent survey numbers kuda survey chesthadu, manam polam four corners chepthadu, we need to carry sunnam bag, 10 to 20 kgs sunnam bags ready ga unte 4 boundaries muggu-line estharu. If you have app ready in your phone, you can stand at four corners and take co-ordinate screenshots while standing at each corner. Lets say, Surveyor cheppina North-East corner lo nilabali, app open chesthe, you get the co-ordinates in phone. Take screen shot of the co-ordinates at the corner and send it to email or other whatsapp number saying NE corner for reference. Similarly, SE, NW, SW corners lo nilabali app open cheyali, each corner lo coordinates screenshots theskovam or note cheskovali. The co-ordinates are standard Latitute/longitute co-ordinates. Future lo nuvvu eppudaina doubt unna you can stand at particular corner and match co-ordinates you've as reference. App show co-ordinates changes even if you move the phone by even by 1 foot.

Field line survey fee katti MRO lo submit chestharu, adhi normal process kaka, asalu process/schedule follow avvadaniki akkada hundreds of applications untayi each mandal ki at any point of time, F-line meseva receipt meeda kuda 45 days ani unntadhi, but adi naamke-vaste. 

Surveyor gadi appointment/survey-schedule dorakali ante at least 3 months, minimum padtadhi unless if you've good influence. Usually it takes 3 months to 1 year to get appointment, but F-line application/receipt is valid beyond 45 days, not worries on that part.

So, Try to pressurize broker to get survey date, pressure unte kaani fast avvadu pani. Coz trained, experienced and in-service offical surveyor staff shortage undhi anni districts/mandals lo, land rates increase ayinanduku prathi okkaru survey kosam trying all of a sudden at a time.
