In dollar general you will get white board for 1.25$  Take picture with the white Board as backdrop using cellphone or dslr. 

Tips:

1. Go to dark area with no shadows

Use flash 

2. Make sure you leave lot of room above head and around shoulder and below chin .

 

3. White background should be large enough. With the cardboard mentioned above ..it will suffice

 

Then go to online passport photo maker idphoto4u search Google

and make the photo 4*7 or 5*6 and print them 

 

 

Then you will get to below step.

 

 

Save it and order print in cvs or Walgreens then use scissors ...photo will be ready at home.

 

I been taking like these for years now.

so today i ordered 48 passport photos of 2x2  (9 copies of (4x6)) and I paid only 1.66$ in walgreens with coupon.
