There are good mestris and bad mestris.. Bottom line is mestris have become an integral part of US IT market.. 90% of the OPTs start their careers with mestris.. We just need to find the good mestris and settle with them.. Simple online checks before joining will reveal everything - like 10+ years in business, 100+ employees, good H1 approval rate and so on..
