Choice lo repairs are pretty easy. Kani replacements cheyadu. I think its the case with every home warranty though.

My friend got Lowe's gift card to buy a dryer when they couldn't fix it.

I enrolled in HomServe and have been using it since 2019...called them a few times for repairs and replacement, and all issued were fixed and also parts replaced with newer parts..every visit $99 deductible..

Recently had a issue and choice they replaced with new one.
