Waiting for the drop in Austin..for now builders have dropped only 15-20k on some homes but the bigger home which are more than 3200sqft have more prices dropped but still in 750-850k range.

and some of the communities are still having bidding process.. heard bidding range taggindi but far way to go for prices to come down.

yeah time padutundi .. for the prices to come down .. but price correction avvaali .. these are crazy rates ..

Austin lo aithe significant.... 60 to 70k less ... should pity on those who bought at high

Heard from friend, they booked house and after that same increased upto 80-90k after few months  and now it’s down the same amount in Austin. It may go down further than what they agreed upon.

Raleigh aka Research Triangle Park area is a dry area. Daggarlo emi levu like fun activities except some beaches which takes ~3 hours. India ki flights undavu, andharu Washington DC veyltharu which  takes 5 hours..
chala overrated area, parents vachi vellaru, they felt bored and felt like oka adavilo untunnamu, next time US ki vasthamu but not NC annaru..

places baga remote, if someone stayed in Hyderabad for 10-15 years and come and stay in Raleigh area, depression vasthundi.
mine was a wrong a decision to move here, I regret moving to RTP area.

This is interesting perspective. I always had the impression that NC is one of the beautiful places to live with great outdoor activities along with reasonable cost of living. This is something i am hearing different first time.
