Used Samsung in past before coming to iPhone. I personally use to clean junk data using settings and running some performance optimization option

Open My files app.

Internal storage>downloads>sort by size.

Videos>sort by size.

Delete the files you don't need and then empty trash.

Also, if you have streaming apps, delete downloaded movies or shows.

Battery and device care> storage> review where most storage is being used and clean them up.

I just checked the main issue is in storage other apps itself occupying 80GB how to see what are other apps?

Setting>apps>sort by storage

My phone has

Udemy 12 GB (cleaned up all downloads and cleared cache)

HBO 3.6 GB, 

Prime 2 GB

Select each app from settings>apps and cleare data, clear cache.
