i have no idea why people buy homes in texas over 1M ..  property tax is above 2.5% to 3.25% .  interest rate  above 5% .  God bless all these desi millionaires.  malla home emi anna custom home ante same home. 

Drees or some custom builder homes ante worth it .   Custom home in 1+ acre , with pool , 4 car parking garage , views  worth over 1M in texas ... otherwise ee shitty home ayina same rotta.

bro... all these buyers are two salaried rich couples .. who makes over $350k+ per year.  Not for the austin average salary $120k+ people.

Most important thing to note is that Travisso lo almost 3% property tax rate and imagine paying 45K in property taxes every year. There is no good school around. people living in Travisso send the kids to private schools
