gated villa communities lo they are saying land rate is 80k/sq.yard. why this area lo land prices are so high ? India lo money value ki lekunda poyinda ?

That piece of land is adjacent to highway and near to ORR. Higway ki second bit e land....60k I expected when they announced auction at turkayamjal....torrur which is way far to highways got 40k price in last auction...based on that 60k at yamjal is good price

Affluence , Blooms (these both are villa communities) and pramukh lo developers are quoting 80k anta..... Sri layout lo 65 anta ...... heard and shock ayyanu . another reason for sudden jump in prices ikkada ?

Just Hype anthe...Hype ichav ante...ye reason lekunda line kadtarru.

janalu myhome ani brand chusi kontunnara bro? they are quoting somewhere around 6500 per sft in my home sayuk.

similar plan, TNR constructions vadidhi oka venture osthundhi in gopanpally. vadu 3800 per sft ammuthunnadu.

 

both of them take 4-4.5 years for completion. anthaganam endhuku egabadthunnaru myhomes side janalu andharu?
