people cannot sleep properly if there are too many things to do that gets delayed due to multiple jobs

100 saved in 401k is pre tax, which means they are worth 120 in future without even looking at investment returns

you avoid tax now, your tax bracket goes down too

you can take loans from this when you need for other projects like home buying or college education
