This is one time setup. After installing YouTube, you can use it for a week. Anytime you turn on your laptop it should refresh itself. If not, do it manually once a week. Then your app keeps working. So if you install 3 diff cracked apps then you will run out of app ids as the extensions have their own. Extensions are more like widgets and others. Not necessary to use app.
SGB
If you have a library of downloaded music, you could use the free Documents app on iOS to playback songs in the background even when the device is off - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/documents-file-reader-browser/id364901807 You can download any song from YouTube using some sites. You can use the Web Browser inside Documents app to download music directly to your device (it works like an FTP app unlike other browsers that don’t allow downloading on mobile devices) - https://onlymp3.to https://en.y2mate.is https://www.google.com/search?q=youtube+download https://www.google.com/search?q=youtube+download+audio HTH

I haven't used their VPN yet. They offer 50 MB per day of free VPN. You could try and evaluate it for your needs. Or use their free offer only for important/sensitive browsing like when you are out and about in a public hub. VPN doesn't hurt. ExpressVPN is the best of all. You can use VPN to watch movies on Netflix that are not licensed to your current region/country. If you are traveling, you may lose access to the content you are currently bingeing due to region change - VPN to the rescue. Netflix may block VPN - you could do your research beforehand.
