What does this really mean? Is it saying people are working reluctantly even if they are not interested OR is it saying people are not even working..

if its' the first one - It can be interpreted as current youth has less choices in the career .

if it's the second one - How is it even possible? How are people surviving? Where is the money coming from?

80% of states rules by BJP , don't have much freebies at all .

Besides the state with most freebies - tamil nadu has lot of job participation
