liberals and communists are different. In vietnam individual ownership of guns is banned but every locality has a local armoury where the local unit leader has access to it. The arms kept here are meant for ordinary peopel to use whenever a need comes. This is the true spirit of second amendment actuallyhh.

every country, including India will provide people with weapons and armour (with some training) if there's an external threat. There's nothing special about 'communist' govts doing that. But will they provide guns to kill their own govt officials? lmao.

rey - i think your brain has gone to toilet. Those guns are there to revolt against an  oppressive govt not or for foreign invation and not for individual govt servant. The govt is training all there people in arms and guerilla warfare and providing them armoury.
